The Construction Project Manager II will lead mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving project success through effective cost management and risk mitigation.
- Delivering high-quality spaces that meet performance and design expectations.
- Managing project schedules, overseeing safety, and ensuring commitments are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to foster long-term collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Four years of experience in commercial construction; prior project management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High initiative and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
