As the Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for the plumbing system design, including domestic water, sanitary/vent, and storm systems, for building related projects. Specific responsibilities include:

As the Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for the plumbing system design, including domestic water, sanitary/vent, and storm systems, for building related projects. Specific responsibilities include:
- Creating schematic design, design development, and construction drawings and documents.
- Performing required design and code compliance calculations.
- Collaborating with architectural, engineering, and construction professionals to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Reviewing shop drawings.
- Verifying that completed systems meet performance specifications.
- Performing site inspections and observing field construction at key project junctures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
- Five years of commercial design and production experience with conceptual, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration.
- Experience designing plumbing systems for commercial building projects.
- Proficiency with engineering design software, including Revit and BIM 360.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Interest in and enthusiasm for the design-build delivery approach, including collaboration with architectural and construction professionals.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
